SBI KIOSK not facility not delivered from last 2 year by mahagram Dear Sir,
My name is Pushpa Sharma, I became Mahagram Agent AG000169 on 21/ Dec/2016, I paid fees for the there Egram Dashboard (agent.egram.org) and for the SBI kiosk banking facility upto Rs.20000/- by PayUMoney Portal they told me to give me a SBI kiosk banking (Grahak Seva Kendra) but I am still waiting for the same… When I ask them no one reply and I mail to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] they not reply properly… thay said
Whenever I call this man he never reply..
My request to these peoples to return my money back because they have not given me there facility of SBI kiosk banking…
and because of this type of behavior I am mentally depressed they Fraudly waste my money and time both…

Myself Dt Som Nath, regular customer of Big Bazzar, Rave Moti Gutaiya, Kanpur, has purchased Morphy Richards Microware Convection Oven from electrical counter of Big Bazzar on 11/11/2018 evening. Service provider has told us about this Oven that the manufacturing is of recent 2018 but has delivered an old model of manufacturing June 2017. So , kindly replace the product and exchange with recent new one of 2018
My plan is for Rs 2300 Quarterly.
In May 2018 I got misleading SMS that I have to pay Rs 3007. Innocently I paid Rs 3007.
Later on again and again I am getting SMS and emails to pay Rs 3008 when my plan is for Rs 2300. Even the Hathway App is showing my plan is just for Rs 2300.
Despite repeated emails Hathway customer care has not refunded my amount of Rs 707 wrongly received in excess of plan
Beware of Hathway Bills. They fool you into paying higher amounts. Dont take Hathway Broadband at all. I am changing service.

Worst service I ever had..I suggest you to plz don’t purchase Elica products at all..that service is very worst..more than worst ..service people and company guys are idiots ..they cheat you upfront ..they cheated me also..and installation is more than poor..that bastards don’t even come for installation ..I have waited months together for installation ..and also they tell different installation charges whenever I call ..the service technicians are more than worst.simply they charge for nothing..1st the company people tells installation charge is 500 + gst ..and when u call 2nd time they tell it different ..they tells that it depends on the technicians ..aren’t they cheaters
I would like to bring it to kind attention that I had booked Plot No.A97 in Baruipur Bloomfield Project to M/s Sampark Land Developers Pvt. Ltd, and the ‘Agreement for Sale’ was executed on 18.09.2012 between Sampark Land Developers Pvt. Ltd, and me (Mitra Roy) towards purchase of plolt No.A-97 equivalent to 3 cottah in the proposed township under the name ‘Baruipur Bloomfield’ after making initial payments of Rs.60,000/- thrice on 21.04.12, 12.06.12 & on 21.08.12 respectively and Rs.17,500/- each in various installments. Last and final installment of Rs.17,500/- was paid on 23.10.2015 and total payment was maid for an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakhs only).
As committed, the project was scheduled to be completed within the year 2015 for handing over possession of the plots after having leveled the land according to the required of the approved plan/drainage system to be provided, developed and demarkated the said plot and providing the connecting road attached to the plot.
We have been periodically visiting the project site as well as registered office of M/s Sampark Land Developers Pvt. Ltd,, Kolkata. Despite making full payment and willingness to acquire the said plot for registration and other formalities, the same couldn’t be processed at all since 2015 as the progress of the project failed to comply work schedule.
With utter disappointment, at last I met Mr. O P Tulsian, (Phone-9836000966) Director, Sampark Land Developers Pvt. Ltd,, Kolkata.at his chamber in the registered office at ‘Anupama Building’, 22/A Anil Roy Road, Kolkata – 700029 on 10.02.2018 and it was communicated vide his letter dated 17.02.2018 that my booked plot would be handed over during middle of 2018.
Unfortunately my recent visits to the project site reveals that there is no such considerable progress so that the plot could be handed over to the purchaser even after almost 3 years from the scheduled hand over period.
In compliance to Para5 of Page 3 of the ‘Agreement for Sale’, Sampark Land Developers Pvt Ltd (vendor) is supposed to return all the amount paid by me (purchaser) along with 12% interest per annum to the purchaser on all amounts from the date of receipt by M/s Sampark Land Developers Pvt Ltd which comes to about 10 lakhs (principal and interest till date).
I sent letters through registered post with AD on 07.08.2018 & on 15.09.2018 with a request to arrange for necessary refund (principal+12% interest per annum as on the date of refund).
No reply from their side. I feel extremely worried and mentally stressed after investing my hard money for survival of my future old days due to indifferent and silent attitude of M/s Sampark Land Developers Pvt Ltd. This has resulted deterioration of my health conditions.
Pray for kind intervention at the earliest please.
