Irctc website par login karne par id open nahi ho rahi,Meri login id and password correct hai but credentials add Karne k baad login error batata he and wrong credentials dikhata hai,id open Nahi ho rahi..pls salve problem

I purchase i-ball Musifit 2 earphone from LOT located at Manjeera Majastic Commercial ,Near JNTU ,KPHB
Issue : Earphone seems to be duplicate as with in 2 months of time , wires came outside from covered area and could see the metal inside the wires clearly.
Hence went to LOT Store and they said this is not replaceable which was shock to hear as product purchased has 1 Year of warranty.
I said this should have been informed during the product purchase stating when to bring the product back for replacement and not that there is a problem and he is simply saying " Cant be replaced" which is not impressive to hear from LOT being a reputed Store in the market.
When i requested for LOT Escalation process, I was provided with customer care number 9985234567 which is SWITCHED OFF.
" I would suggest please dont purchase anything at LOT if this is what they are going to behave during the point of replacement "
I was a loyal customer to LOT but not at all happy with the way LOT store people handled this.
Price was less for this product but this is not the point at all as customer should be provided with all the clear information and not something to get during product replacement time.

Hi Bwssb, we have raised a complaint: 472695 a week back, but there is no response from your team.It would be great if you can look into this complaint.
Actually we were getting Rs.900-1000/month water bill but for this month we got Rs.5068. So requesting you to resolve this wrong billing issue and do the needful.It is said the gate was locked when you cam for takign reading , but how come 5068 bill will generate for month.
