Hello, the internet speed promised for 333 plan was 3mbps. Even if assured 1mbps it will be great. Even if received 500kbps downloading speed it will be acceptable. But it was very slow. Hi I had submitted a transfer request to Airtel for transferring my broadband connection to a new residential address within the same city. The Airtel website says that the SLA for this kind of request is 5 days. I submitted the request on 30th April, 2017, but have still not received any satisfactory response from these people. Respected Officer, I have attached the internet speed of BSNL providing and monthly I'm paying Rs.650 for this damn service. That means Yearly Rs.7800. I'm an IT freelancer and having lots of foreign clients. Even in starting of month, it doens't provide gud speed atleast. My phone was disconnected because of late payment of bill.I paid the bill using the My bsnl app on March 30th.It's been 4 days , and the services are not recovered yet. Called their customer care several times and every time they say it'll be done by evening. No body gives proper information. They didnt provide me the bill after paying.
