Hi Team, Medi Assist claim ID - 1424610. Hospitalisation was on 10 and 11 Feb. And with in a month I have submitted the documents with in a month and Medi Assit kept asking me other documents and same was submitted within time line and also sent the chaser mail for updates and i kept getting mail that after repeated reminder that as if i was not sending details. But the service center took long to repair my phone due to unavailability of part...this delay in my phone repair was also brought under your notice by email...once I got my phone repaired from the service center... Dear Sir, I am regularly paying ICIC Pru Smart Kid Premier of Policy no: 17666075 with the name S.Y.V.V. Raghavulu, from ICICI Prudential. This time I have choosen auto payment option in my HDFC credit card, and unfortunately I have done double payment on the date of 27/03/2017 because of no clarity on auto payment.
