Complaints Categories Complaint - BEWARE

A very hard working Cleartrip customer support team in fooling there customers. Booked tickets thru Cleartrip and the flight got cancelled for which these guys made me run around as if I was given a free ticket to travel.
Spoke to 5 customer support representative and every person gave a different reason for delay in booking a revised schedule (just appreciate there consistency in lying).
1st person connected a conference call with the Airlines and both confirmed that the revised flight will be booked (NOTE: the airlines told that there was no need to call us, cleartrip could have solved the issue) and then the real game started.
2nd call - reply was to wait for 2-3 days
3rd call - we are working on it, wait for 2-3 days
4th call - our ticketing team is working on it but we dont have any update (then why the hell you pick up the call)
5th call - we need to contact the airlines to take an update. So finally I asked his manager's email for which he replied - I dont have his email address (how stupid reply, wht are you in the organization if you cant take work responsibility and cant let your customers escalate to your manager).

Finally, I tried to track them on Facebook - the person told wait for sometime and we cannot commit anytime for your request.
And then the D-DAY comes - we cannot help you and provide revised tickets because airlines said no and will have to check if you are eligible for full refund or not (what lame reasons).
