Vodafone Complaint - Billing

I am having two services one post paid and one prepaid

My Post paid bill amount of 800 rupees was wrongly sent to prepaid which need to be reversed.

The company has refused to do it.

My Post paid services has been deactivated and my Prepaid balance in other mobile No. is caring a balance of 850 rupees.

In the present aggressive banking scenario this is not a herculean task but the company wants to retain this balance in their
Prepaid account and will subsequently neutralize by activating several services which I may not authorize.
