BSNL Complaint - BROADBAND SERVICES ARE NOT ACTIVATED EVEN AFTER 4 DAYS OF PAYING THE BILL

My phone was disconnected because of late payment of bill.I paid the bill using the My bsnl app on March 30th.It's been 4 days , and the services are not recovered yet. Called their customer care several times and every time they say it'll be done by evening. No body gives proper information. They didnt provide me the bill after paying. Some times they say , you have to go to the office.Then why app??? Worst customer care and worst services by stupid bsnl.Whom should we complaint ? No one gives a damn, Tweeted to the bsnl corporate. He replied once and kept a deaf ear later. No response again.
