Ups 900 EB gold Complaint - Closing of complaint after one missed call and not attending the same even after many requests and rude behaviour of service provider.

Bought an microtek inverter EB900 gold on 18 Apr 17.
Inverter stopped working on 19 June. Reported to New Delhi customer care no. 011 42733333 vide no 3429454 on 19 June, assured repair in 24 hrs.
Nobody responded till 21 June.
Tried to contact customer care ND again at 10 am but failed. Finally got through and intimated that subject complaint was closed since nobody took call made by the service engineer.
On checking the call details I noticed a single missed call and called back.

To my astonishment service engineer Mr Suresh 8700501492 told me the same story and asked me to speak to his boss at 0124- 4118123.

On contacting above no. Mr Dheeraj said that my call was closed due to no response and when I contested that at least a second call could have been made before closing the complaint he arrogantly replied that lodge the complaint which will be attended on 22 June.

On requesting to contact the superior or owner he said Mr Yogesh, the owner is not available and cut the line abruptly.

I request your intervention and early repair of the inverter in this scorching hot and humid weather.
