I have raised a request to change my number to other network on 15-12-2017. They have said it took 7 days to process. But after 7 days i have called them (after several times of trial – custom care picked my phone) on 22-12-2017.
1) On my 1st call to Customer Care Representative – They have said my request was cancelled i have to go to nearby service centre to proceed that
2) 2nd call – In service centre they declained that and ask again to call customer care for clarification or again raise a request
3) 3rd call to CCR – It will be resolved on 26th. Your number will be removed on 26-12-2017.
4) Again 27th 4th Call – Repeated the same and 28th 12pm you will be relived from aircel
5) Same again 28th 2.00pm – The 5th CCR asked he needs 36hours to do or again go to airtel service centre to process the same
I really had great great great disappointment with you AIRCEL guys. Your network was dead slow. Your customer care was very poor.
Just leave me from your network.
