AIRTEL DIGITAL TV Package issue on yearly recharge after confirming by the customer care

My self sayyed zahid my customer ID 3006104325 I receive a msg from airtel digital tv that there is a yearly recharge of rs 1499 then I call to the customer care for the confirmation she (rajani) told me that you will get the same package and then I done the recharge but after that many of channels are not coming then again I call to the customer care and talk to the supervisor he (waseem) told me that if u want the earlier package you have to do more recharge of rs1500 instead sloving my problem my earlier package was 220 mly and he told that now u had changed into yearly recharge u won’t get ur previous package now ur mly pack Amt is 290 something" ITS A CHEATING TO THE CUSTOMER AND MAKING FOOL TO THE CUSTOMER " kindly look into the matter as soon as possible Thanking you,
