My ID is 3020448067, for installation at new location i raised service request on Saturday (09.06.18). I talked everyday to customer care to send service engineer but answer received "Sir we will send today & till evening engineer will install your dish tv". i want to tell i talked atleast 10 times to customer care and i got same answer by all. All the time customer care people making commitment and that is not fulfilled. Is senior people monitoring all these issue? .
