Asianet cable customer care No action after complaint

The channels are not available since one week. Contacted the customer care continuously 3 days but they are not taking immediate action towards the complaint rather than promising to do so. I pay annually so it is a great loss for me. Either you take immediate action or give my money back and disconnect it. I have even went to the local area centre two three times but no action from there too,they r cheating on us.
