– Initially there was 3 buses running
– due to lack of maintenance the bus count has been reduced – because of irrelevant service(timings) people could not able to use the bus – last bus service is also closed to early(20:30)
– Kindly extend the service with sufficient buses and with extend timing as normal (22:00) for our people

This complain is in regard to the pathetic service given by you all. Most pathetic app and service.
I had made my first order with zomato on 10th May with kijiji at 10:26 PM, and I’m informed after 2 hours that the restaurant has declined the my order.
While i checked in the tracking page it showed its out for delivery. The chat support was pathetic.
They do not answer the question which is asked instead they reply to all irrelevant things.
I had no choice but to make another order with Ice and spice restaurant @12:25 am, since its was declined, and once again the food is delivered after 2 hours and 30 mins.
It takes 4 hours and 30 mins to get my first order with zomato. After a long discussion over chat the amount is refunded and another day goes by.
I was told this wont happen again but to my dismay, on 12th May an order with Sree raj lassi [email protected] 12pm, i had make the payment online via net banking and my order gets declined stating the restaurant is unable to deliver after 1 hour.
Again the chat support says they will refund the amount and they tell me to make another order.
Ok i agree with them and do that as well. I make my second order with firangi bake, and here is the most funniest part.
The order as per your system has gone to sanjay nagar branch while the indiranagar branch calls me and says they cannot deliver the food.
I spoke with the manager or some senior member by the name Virender, he said he will look into it and have both the amount refunded and tells me to proceed with another order.
I have attached a call recording for reference, so that you may know what was going on.
Finally after all the confusion and 1 hour 20 mins later i make the third order with foreign café.But before i make the payment i contact support and ask them to make sure if the restaurant can deliver it to my address.
The person with whom i had chat with, had the name Shreya, and she after 30mins confirms saying it can be delivered.
I have attached a screenshot of my chat with her where she confirms that it can be delivered along with the mail.
After making the payment again, the restaurant once again declines it and now this is the third order that is getting declined after i was told by
your support to confirm and let me know if the restaurant can deliver it or not. Shreya never answered to my questions, i had to wait for at least 10mins
for each reply. She never even replied back to the chat after the order was declined, and i had to start all over again with another support member of yours by the name Lyca. She too ended the chat without any proper response.
For 2 days i have been on chat support to let me know why it is declined and as to why the amount refund has not been initiated still, i had emphasised the fact
that i need to speak to someone senior in the team and asked the chat support to arrange for a call, they never replied back, for 2 days no one was bothered to reply back or even call me.
Every time I’m on the chat the support executive does not respond and takes his/her own time reply back,
so many times the chat was closed without giving me my answer and without my permission, the two agents who did this are Shreya and Jasika.
Please do have a look into the chat history, starting from the day i made my order on 12th May and how i have suffered from the hands of your pathetic and sick support.
I have been continuously been asking to provide me your managers number or official email so that he may know what’s happening and what kind of sick service is given by zomato support.
I was harassed for 3 days by your service and from the people whom you have hired to work for you.
As mentioned in my chat i will be taking legal action and also be highlighting your service of harassment to customers in social media, as well as the technique’s obtained to cheat us.
Previous three days has been hell for me because of the type of service given by you people, i am person who takes medication after having food,
and that could not be done because of your support team and the service provided by you people.
i would suggest you go through my chat history and take appropriate actions on the people responsible
We purchased IFB front load washing machine in Tirnupati on 4th may 2018. and shifted to Bangalore on 5th May. I raised a request to give demo and install the new machine as we are unable to fit the pipe into water tap. We didnt get any call from the service guys but when we called customer care , they are saying you didnt attend call. I called the customer care number 10 times and everytime they give new local number to call. But no one is attending calls in those numbers. Till now, the machine is not installed and no one called us. Such a worst experience we got with IFB customer care. Ticket no is 2000937033. Kindly take necessary action as they are henot bothered about the customers.
I have ordered one mobile from snapdeal ,after 5 days I got that on 12th May 18.I was fully satisfied with the delivery & the phone.
But today on 09:22am ,I got a message from snapdeal. I read the msg guess it’s fake & ignored.
Later at 09:49am I got a call from 9709667036 & inform me about the message. He gave me details of my order , name & adress. And he asked me about the msg I replied " no i haven’t seen yet" .Then I asked him what was the msg then he told me as the msg stated above & he added " would you like to receive the car or money" then I told him I need a few minutes to take decision , I will call u back soon Then I googled & shocked!
But my question is to snapdeal " how could they get my details?"
