Just to inform had an credit card from icic bank with the balance i need to pay is 25000 i got calls from recovery agents as i am unable to pay it now days
Problem is that the recovery agents got my sister num from some where n calling into her office phn n herrasing her to pay money. That’s not right as its against the law i request you to solve this issue n stop herrasing her as she is getting numerous of calls n i also wants someone to call me regarding that issue as i wnt to know from where did they get my sister’s number and i would love to take it to the court as its done by a reputed bank. Kindly look into this

Country Vacations Balance clearance of App

Me & 4 took membership of country club from Mr. Siddharth Surve in promotional offer in Vits hotel Aurangabad.
We took it in special discount as per Mr. Surve’s saying so the amount of balance on App was to be paid by Mr. Surve. Since then we r following them from one year but our balance is not cleared. Upon his assurance on mail & Tele calls we also paid 15 yes. AMC.
Very poor customer care network. Not a single call gets connected bcoz their executive r always busy.shame on this club for such poor service.
Mailed them 3 times. But they doesn’t receive it although cc persons receive the mail. This is their strategy to fool people.
Talked @ 2 times to their customer executive after trying 100 of times & they give such no. Which is always not receivable. Shame ….shame…shame….Mr.Reddy….very poor club

jio phone Jio phone availability

But i received many massages from jio that my phone is ready for collection.What is happening i want to know. please give a confirmation message regarding this matter. vodafone postpaid False bill plans

I have been a Vodafone Mumbai customer since last more than 5 years. I have always had postpaid number.
After the portability option became available, I wanted to port my number to Airtel because no matter what plan I took, every time my bill was more than 2.5-3.5k per month.
Once I connected with Airtel for port option two months back, I started getting calls from Vodafone saying "madam we will suggest best plan with national free roaming, 30GB at 690 + GST where your bill will be maximum 800-900.
I opted for this. Last month (October) I called customer care again and told them that my bill is again more than 2.5-3k again. They said my plan was changed on 28th September and the new lower amount bill will start reflecting from October bill onwards.
28th September I spoke to customer care informing I need my international roaming on, as I’m traveling to Singapore for 3 days. The representative didn’t suggest any particular plan for traveling to Singapore.
On 15th Nov, my bill is Rs 7558, to which the new representative on customer care line says that I didn’t take the plan suitable for roaming to Singapore (the representative I spoke to on 28th September and informed about my travel didn’t mention about a specific plan) and I used by internet for 15 minutes for which my bill is 4500 approximately. Rs 4500 for 15’mins of internet.
The balance amount of Rs 3058 is unexplained as they promised me that my bill not be more than 695 + GST.
Now for one week, they are literally harassing me to pay this. Earlier Same people were pleading to be stay on their network
Need an inquiry into the same. I will not bow down in front of their false charges. VODAFONE be fair.
