ITS BEEN MORE THEN THREE MONTH TO SUBMIT MY DOCUMENT FOR NAME CORRECTION BUT STILL MY ISSUE NOT RESOLVED .I WAS ALSO LOGGED A COMPLAINT IN GREVIANCE CELL BUT MY COMPLAINT CLOSED WITH THE FAKE RESOLUTION LIKE ISSUE RECTIFIED .
PLEASE SUGGEST WHERE TO ESCALATE MY ISSUE

Non availability (not stopping) of Buses after 5:30 PM Non availability (not stopping) of Buses after 5:30 PM

Dear Sir,

We are few female employees which we travel by city buses from Hardware Park (srishailam high way) to IS sadan daily evenings at 5:30 to 5:40 between. But sharp 5:15 to 5:30 one bus (253) will leave, after there is no bus from that remote interior area which is full of drinker’s. One or two more buses are there IS sadan depo ( Veligel,Sarikonda,IS Sadan) but that drivers are not stop at that time if we show our hands to stop. We are not bus pass holders, we all are took tickets by cash only. Try to understand our problems and tell to drivers to stop the buses at Hardware park location or increase the bus frequencies from that route. Our humble request to resolve our problem as soon as possible.
