Bharat Gas Delay in delivery of Refill Cylinder

I had filed a complaint on delayed delivery of refill cylinder on the 12th of Sept. I had booked the cylinder on 31st Aug. Repeated calls to the Smartline has been a complete waste of time. The agents are absolutely clueless on how to resolve a highly distressed consumer order like mine. I am at a loss, I don’t know who else to contact to get the cylinder delivered. The so called "circle officer" is yet to even call me after almost a month. I have never known Bharat Gas to be so irresponsible and unresponsive to a customer. Please find my details below:
