Boat Earphone Replacement unit not received yet

As earphones were in the warranty period and it stopped functioning. I registered a complain. The product was picked up from my residence. I kept tracking the status with the help of Ticket Number. A replacement product was also issued on 7th september. However its been more than a month, I have not received the product. does it take so long to ship a product. There was no proper communication either after replacement was issued. Highly disappointed with the service,
