Bosch 7kg front load WAK24168in silver Defective product supplied and unethical practice followed to just sell this product

It is to inform that we had bought a Bosch 7 kg front load WAK24168 silver washing machine on 23-june-2017 from reliance digital ,jagdeo path, patna . Branch.
It was a very bad experience in the installation phase itself. I had to repeatedly call up reliance digital several times every day, inspite of that they installed it after 17 days of buying the product on 10-july-2017.
Demo was given but technician left without completing the full cycle of program. Unfortunately we find fault in machine which is not working satisfactory. In spite of repeated calls no one is responding positively and at last a coplaint no. 8010398507 was registered with customer care on 24-july-2017.
Still not heard anything from them. I even talked to the Bosch service provider and I came to know that there is no Bosch service centre in patna.
I have even taken 3 years extended warranty from resq on their advise for Rs 4000. But the service is so pathetic. Now I really donot know what to do.
They even supplied this product in open box that too of a different brand. But trusting the brand name I did not question their credibility and accepted the product.
Now I realize they cheated me and I have lost my trust on Reliance digital. They have clearly started following unethical means to cheat their customers.
I request reliance digital management to take all necessary action to change my washing machine with another brand and follow ethical practice in business.
For your information I had been a prime customer of yours who had purchase at least 5 items the same day with washing machine includes apple i7 phone, sony home theatre, mixy electric kettle. Even previously have bought sony LED TV, Samsung fridge big one and many more from your store.
Request to kindly replace washing machine which I am sure is used one and is defective.
Please find attached the installation report in which I already had mentioned my grievances in remarks column. How can you install a product after 17 days of buying it? It definitely does not suit an organization of your calibre.
Even today we have registered complain with customer care , complaint no 8010435723, 8010435849 for availing resq service, but Iam not at all hopeful of prompt service from them
