I have booked a vehicle on the name of Nishant Singh Rajput on 19/06/2019 from Drivezy car rental service Mysore and have done a payment of Rs. 6611/-.
And immediately I cancelled my booking and Drivezy initiated refund on 19/06/2019 with RazorPay mode of payment. But I still didn’t receive that amount in my bank account.
I have word so many times with bank and drivezy. But nothing is happened yet. I also had a word with RazorPay customer service but they also said that amount is debited from their side and payment is done. Here are some details I am going to share related to this refund:
