D2H against d2h service

i have recharge my d2h tv setup box at 1638 hrs today and till that i have spoken 10-15 times to customre care and also lodged complaint but there is no response from there side. every time they say the service will activate within 15 minutes but it is 20:11 now and no service is activated .it is very much ashamed and poor response from d2h customre care respondants.
it is the d2h service, who is responsible for wastage of my priceless time and tje money which i have paid. i have it seriously and will lodge a case against d2h if i dnt get my dues back. my customer id 80399127
