I have recently purchased a new daikin ac for my home as such I have been using daikin ac since years and I am totally satisfied with its sales and services rendered.
But this time I was shocked to see this kind of service from daikin the product it received was damaged and as it was packed in cartoon was not even able to check
It was deliver and next day smartly the person who came to install even installed it but when I saw the exhaust after the installation I found that it was damaged I lose my cool when I found this,
I said the person who came to install that why did you installed when u saw it was damaged but he said they will get this replaced in 3-4 days and took the money I even informed the shop owner from where I bought this he said the same thing but till date I haven’t received any solutions for the same I am attaching photo of bill and damage
Kindly get a solution to this asap
Daikin has always deilevered and so we trust the company and love it but things like this hampers the goodwill of the company and our trust.
