DEN CABLE NETWORK Change my set top box

I am a Den NEW customer for last 1 Month at BADAUN (UP) location. I was purchase set top box with RS 1750 + 200 Monthly. They gave us OLD SET TOP BOX Which is not working on 1st day. They don’t pick up the call ..wont turn up for any problem but only for the subscription money every month. For the last 4 days the set top box is not working and nobody even cared to visit my place for a moment which is just a little more than a stone’s throw away from their shop. Called them numerous times, visited their place 3-4 times but only they are giving false assurance to visit my place. Numerous times caught them lying and giving absurd excuse for not coming. So please change my set top box.
