Dikain duped of money, no service offered

# Diakin India Seeking help from someone responsible at Diakin for my split AC unit service. Like for any other brand service we booked a technician through Diakin for our ac service at Bangalore.I called there helpline number and booked a visit. I immediately receiv e a message about a technician being assigned to the complaint . The technician visited us the same day in the afternoon and said he doesn’t have the tools to service the ac and will come on Monday and took money from us without giving us the bill. This is where we are now, the technician has denied to visit us , he hasn’t given the bill for what he charged us and is now saying we are in red zone with area being sealed and which is obviously a lie . Neither is this area in red zone nor is it sealed. They simply duped money from us and didn’t service anything. Is this the kind of service one of finest brands is offering to its customers. I purchased the too model available at that time from Diakin !
thinking and knowing that you guys are the best in industry. I am so disappointed and shocked with the way this entire case was dealt .
