Dish TV 102 error from 2 days

I have been contacting the coustomer care service since 3 days and the complaint was taken but no action was taken since .i have been calling the coustomer care service but no use .i have been getting 102 error and i opted for technical support vc no 02543247945 RMN 8106163536
