PL. GO THROUGH MY REF.NO:521202785, SINCE LAST 15 DAYS ERROR OF 301 COMES(CLIMATE IS TOTALLY DRY)LAUNCHED THE COMPLAINT ON 01/09/19(521202785). TILL DATE NOBODY COMES TO ATTEND IT .PREVIOUSLY CAME AND REPLACED SET TOP BOX WITHOUT RECORDING FACILITY WHEREAS MINE WAS WITH RECORDING FACILITY .PROMISED ME TO REPLACED SET TOP BOX WITH RECORDING SYSTEM WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT STILL IT IS PENDING. IT SEEMS YOUR TECHNICIAN IS NOT SOUND ENOUGH, DOING TRIAL & ERROR.IN GENERAL CUSTOMER CARE PROMISE THAT TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT WITHIN 24 HRS BUT 120 HRS. LAPSED NOBODY COMES. FRANKLY, I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT SERVICE IS VERY POOR/WORST OF BARDOLI SERVICE CENTER,DIST:SURAT.MORE OVER I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT AS PER YOUR TERRIF SERVICE CHARGE IS RS.200/-WHEREAS HE HAD CHARGED ME RS.300/- AND CABLE RATE IS RS.09/- PER METER HE WAS ASKING RS.12/-PER METER. BESIDES OF ASKING BILL(RECEIPT) IS NOT PROVIDING (SO HOW TO COUNT WARRANTY PERIOD)IN OTHER WAY HE IS SIMPLY CHE!
ATING AND HARASSING THE CUSTOMER. IF THINGS CAN’T BE RESOLVE, PL. REMOVE THE DISH TV ANTENNA AND REFUND THE MONEY. I WILL GO FOR TATA SKY OR ELSE. I AM REALLY FED UP NOW.MY RMN IS 9586077617.
