DishTV Pathetic customer service

Since last 4 days I am trying to contact Dishtv for channel updates but customers service number is always coming busy. Even without my permission they changed and removed my channels, also there Dishtv app is not working properly. After sending SMS to call me not received any call. Also wrote them emails 3 times still no response. Very pathetic customer service.

Further, However, if you’re trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [email protected] along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same. Furthermore, due to high call volumes, there might a delay in attending your call. We would appreciate your cooperation in the interim.
