I am an Aquaguard Customer for 2 years, I was registered in AMC for a year but this year I refused to be in AMC, So my aquaguard wasn’t supplying water, I complained with SMS and the technician visited my house. As the technician knew the AMC is expired, he forced us for AMC, and if we don’t get under AMC, he says you need to change the filter for RS 4300 or water won’t flow, as the filter is shoked.
I am really surprised by this kind of behaviour from Aquaguard, I always thought it is the best company in water purifiers but the way I was treated today by the technician really disappointed me. It’s really dishearting to get such treatment from Aquaguard. I am listing details of my complain along with technician details, if aquaguard care for its customer, please take quick action for the same or I will throw aquaguard from my house.
