With the following, I would like to draw your kind attention that, on 13/03/2019, at 10.04 AM, I have applied to purchased Petrol through my United Bank Of India, ATM Card, from Eastern Trader, NH116B, Kushpata, Ghatal, West Bengal, 721212.
The counter have swiped the card twice and and asked my to give the ATM PIN twice, as the Transaction Slip with ID no. 49055795, Invoice Number 000964 with amount Rs. 300/- came , they have given me only one time.
As I got SMS from my Bank latter, I have draw their attention for refund of my Rs. 300/-, they are saying me that, the said amount have not been credited to their account.
In this connection I have Submitted (WhatsApp) the Bank Statement, 2 time received SMS, deducting Rs. 300 + Rs. 300/- to the proprietor of that Indian Oil Petrol Pump.
But unfortunately , they are not refunding the excess amount to me.
Please take necessary action regarding the same at your earliest.
