EBAY.COM Amount debited twice

I ordered shoes online from flipkart on 30th august 2018. While paying for the product through my debit the money from account was debited twice. I raised the issue at flipkart customer care but the issue is still not resolver. Initially they gave me date of 10th September to resolve the issue and later the went on postponing it. Today it is 21st September but still my issue is not resolved.
