Ecom express by club factory /necklace Order not received

I order via club factory more then 15 days ago a necklace for which I pay online they sent a email that order is shipped and can track it by ecom. After tracking my order current status shows delivered but I didn’t receive my order for which I pay also customer care number is busy. My order no. Is SO38681125
Kindly check where is my order deliver so I can get my order to the address which I gave to club factory Please do something so I can receive my order!
