flipkart Fake exchange policy in flipkart

I have ordered moto x4 by replacing moto g4 play. While ordering all those checks are done and product is accepted. But these delivery agents refuse to take it even though there is no any fault or damage. They break all our back cover and tempered glass and finally tell we will not take the product without any reason.
If we ask him if u r not gonna take the product y u have broken the tempered glass they say that is the rule. Is breaking the back cover and tempered glass for all customers mobiles is rule in flipkart? Now it is a loss for me. Also flipkart delivery agent behaviour is very rude.
