I ordered Redmi 7S from flipkart on 9 August 2019 and as per delivery schedule it was suppose to be delivered on 12th August 2019. As it was not delivered on 12th, on 13th I called customer care for enqury. They said due to some technical issue it was not delivered till now and they have forwarded the issue to technical team. Technical team didn’t replied anything. After posting on there social media page on 16th august, they called me and said your order was placed but not processed, kindly cancel the order. I refused as its already 4 days gone and if I cancel the order I will also loose the 10℅ discount which was availed in sale period. Now I am not getting any response from flipkart, just getting false assurance of issue resolution. My order I’d is Order ID – OD116221714417921000.
