I ordered MOTO E from Flipkart on 18th JULY 2017, transaction id (FLIPKART1045929).
I received the product on 20th July 2017. The device has some technical issue, it is not working properly. So, I requested for the return on 21st JULY 2017, from the Flipkart app.
I received a message saying that someone from Flipkart will contact me on 22nd JULY 2017. It’s been 4 days, no response is being given to me from Flipkart.
I tried calling the customer care several times, but even that is of no use. Two executives called me at 2 different time slots, out of which 1 lady was there on the call (02049121600) who was forcing me to accept that I ordered a laptop battery instead of the mobile.
Again one of the guys from the support team called me, listened to my issue and hung up the call, his name as HIMANSHU(+917316657500)
I need this issue to be resolved, the mobile to get returned and I need my money back.
