On 11-05-2018 I pre ordered my lunch at 9:48 a.m to be delivered at 12:30 p.m. . the order was cancelled at 12 noon (without prior intimation or call) I was sent an automated call to be informed that mu lunch order is cancelled and money will be refunded.
Today is 16-05-2018 and not only have I not received my money back but Freshmenu has continuously ignored all my email and refuses to respond to my email, They called me and said your money has been refunded, but refused to provide any refund reference money.
No refund has taken so long to be credited in my bank account, Freshmenu has not only provided deficient services by cancelling my order two hours after pre ordering without intimation but has lied about refund and had not even returned my money back and has not responded to any of my emails.
