To the Glen Corporate Team

This is my 4th email on the subject.

The apathy of the customer service team is deplorable and down right despicable.
You continue to ignore the complaint. The quality of the product I have received is a good indication of the after sales service that we are receiving.
You forget though that customers have other outlets. Consumer Courts will be very happy to know the evidence I am collecting against this case.
In the meanwhile I wait for a call from the corporate complaints to understand, listen and fix the issue.
