Godrej Bad condition of fridge

Sir we have taken FRIDGE from GODREJ on 20/8/2012 in these 7 years we have faced many problems my parents are extremely annoyed because the fridge works less and it gets disturbed more. The godrej service people comes every time and say that we have done this time it will not happen next time. Last month on 19th july we complained about the fault after 2 day the work was done . Within one month the same problem took place how this can be possible. I specifically doing complaint regarding this because one day a godrej service man took1900 rs from us taking 500rs extra in the name of service charge. I have all the bills.
