Hitachi 1.5 Ton AC horrible after sale services

I bought an AC model no: RAU 317KWD on 02.05.2016 for which I was facing some issues for which I registered a complaint on 06.05.2019 with breakdown request on: 19050606894. The technician attended my call on 07.05.2019 and informed me that my indoor PCB unit was faulty and recommended that I replace the PCB unit. Accordingly I placed an order with the service centre and after that the delaying game on the part of service centre began. At the time of ordering he mentioned it would take 2-5 days for replacing my PCB unit. I contacted the service centre after 3 days and requested him to resolve my issue. After that I again contacted them on 10.05.2019, 11.05.2019, 12.05.2019, 13.05.2019 and even on 14.05.2019 but each and every time, the service centre said that they hadn’t received the product yet. This tendency of simply passing the buck with absolutely no accountability or any sense of responsibility is tremendously alarming for any service providing unit of your stature !
which has resulted in increased grievance on my part. Please be informed and take necessary actions immediately.
