Sep-2019. A complaint (19091105360) was logged with Hitachi that very day. A service engineer visited us the next day and informed that the PCB needed replacement. We were not provided any ETA as to when the defective part would be replaced. I have been calling up the Hitachi’s customer care service even since. I have also escalated the issue to Hitachi’s Level 1 & 2 management in response to which I received the same email stating that the service team will contact me. None have – I have received no updates from Hitachi and it is now 7 days and I do not even have an ETA as to when the issue is likely to be resolved.
