I am Gautam Maru working for Hitachi Consulting India.
This is regarding my recent purchase of Hitachi AC Order number HHLI-33255 for (Hitachi Inverter Split Air Conditioners Kashikoi 5400i RMA524CAEA).
The order was booked on 09-mar-2019 and the product was delivered on 14-Mar-2019. The installation was agreed on 16-Mar-2019 that is today. The technician from Hitachi Service came for installation and in the process has damaged the indoor unit. As a subsequent step the issue was raised with his manager who has promised to replace the unit but would take 14 days of time. I have the relevant photographs and Videos related to this matter.
Would like Hitachi to look into this matter and take necessary action to complete my Order and installation. Also request Hitachi to make sure the Technicians on duty are well trained and professional. Let me know if any further information is needed from my end.
