hitachi air conditioner Improper installation of split A/C

I am Ram Mohan.I purchased A/C on April 27 2019. service person came on Monday and done installation with some gap between A C and wall.hole is opened yet. not closed. plug point clamp broken down. My wife called customer care many times.but problem not solved yet. Complaint no 1- 19050304131
