Hitachi Pathetic service

Dear Sir

This has reference to the above complaint number which was logged after the problem which was logged earlier vide complaint number 19071201778 was not resolved

The first call was logged on 12 July and an engineer came and concluded that gas had leaked he informed another engineer would come in 1 hour

No one came on escalation to the owner of Standard Aircon another engineer called and said he would come next day

On 13 July he came and filled gas and also advised not to put the ice maker on for 48 hours and to call him directly if any problem

On 15 July after ice maker put on and fridge stopped working and even after many calls engineer did not come

Another call as per subject line was logged and on 16 July another engineer came and said another leak is there and engineer would come today

No one has turned up even after calling the owner who said he would revert there is no confirmation

Please note we have a non working Hitachi refrigerator from Friday ie 5 days

I feel if no one from your organisation reverts it would be good to file a formal complaint to consumer forum

Looking for an immediate solution
