Hitachi Split A/C Not working since the date of purchased. Need Replacement

I purchased 1.5t Spilt A/C, 5 Star back in September 2018. Since the date of purchase there has been a cooling issue in the A/C, I have registered the complaint many times but have only got a run around. People come check the A/C and say will get back. My last complaint was on June 12th and it’s been more than a month it hasn’t been resolved. I received messages that the complaint has been closed without even resolving it. I have reached the dealer, the service head, Faridabad, Mr. Hashim, the Sales head South Delhi (the A/C was purchased from south Delhi dealer), Mr. Ashok but no success. They either don’t pick up the calls now or say they would get back in a day. And of course there is no response thereafter. Several service engineers have visited trying to fix the problem but no success and kept saying we’ll forward it to someone senior. I NEED A REPLACEMENT OF THIS A/C as it had manufacturing defects since day 1.
I urge you to take immediate actions or else I would now have to go to the Consumer Forum and I would make sure to post it on every social media forum warning people about the poor post sales service Hitachi provides. Kindly, contact urgently.
