I have Purchased SplitAc, 1.5 ton capacity from their dealer M/s Rathna Cools,Chennai 600017 vide their invoice A23306 dated 4th July 2019. AC was installed on 6th July 2019..Ac was fixed in our guest room . Only when some guests came and the Ac was running in the night, we found that water is dropping out from the indoor unit. we have complained to their customer care unit. They send some technician and he said the cabinet is cracked in transit and to be replaced. He came for repair on the second week of August.Assured to replace it with in 4 to 5 days.
As no response from them again and again I complained to Hitachi service center. They said the final date for receipt of spares from their factory is 4th Sep and rectify the unit. But as on date no response from them Please do the needful.
