I bought my Activa 5g from vd Honda palam, Delhi along with 5 years HDFC ERGO zero depreciation cashless insurance.
Now I want repair work to be done that’s why I called vd Honda palam service center(on 09 jul 2019). But they told me they do not have cashless facility with HDFC and I need to pay them for my repair work. But when I register my complaint to Honda customer care center(############) then CRM from vd Honda palam called me and told that they will do repair work in cashless insurance and they closed the complaint.
But the sad news is my problem still stands. I visited vd Honda Rajapuri as suggested by palam branch but they didn’t entertain my concern.
I am hopeless now. I don’t know where shall I lodge the complaint. My trust is with Honda not with any dealership. So I want to hear direct from Honda not from any dealers.
