IDFC Mutual fund Redemption Amount Not Yet Credited To My Account

Referring to my Folio No. 2715113 with IDFC MF, I redeemed the amount of Rs.5000 on 11th March 2020 but they put the amount on hold due to YES Bank Moratorium and requested me to submit Bank Change Mandate request enclosing Old/New Cheque Leaves and Non-Financial Transaction form duly signed by me to [email protected] from my registered mail. Accordingly, I sent them the requested Scanned documents from my mail. I also got those phone recordings. From past 7 days, I have been continuously following up with the team over the mail or toll free number but they are not responding to my concern and I am finding myself helpless here as to whom I should approach then. Please look into it and transfer the redeemed amount to my Bank A/c.
