This is regarding failure to fix detergent tray…. My washing machine is under AMC, recently it showed signs of slow running, so booked a complaint and Mr. Prem was the o e who attended and asked us to replace Plastic tray and filter, which I did by paying RS. 3500. The replacement itself took more than the intimated time and finally it was fixed but the detergent tray was not fitting to the new plastic tray, so he said it would be replaced, it has been more than two weeks since he said, even after raising the complaint to the customer care and repeated calls to royal Enterprises the issue hasn’t been fixed. The problem is no one from royal Enterprises r ready to pick the calls , when ever I call customer care they say the issue has been escalated and ll be fixed in a day, but no change whatsoever….
