I HAVE 2 MACHINES FROM YOUR COMPANY. DRYER AND WASHING MACHINE.I BOUGHT EVERYTHING AFTER CONSIDERING GOOD BRAND NAME ,SERVICE AND TECHNOLOGY. I BLINDLY PURCHASED YOUR ITEMS WITH 100% FAITH. I AM HAVING MAJOR TROUBLE WITH WASHING M/C NOW [ELENA 5KG].
MY LAST COMPLAINT WAS JUST AFTER 10DAYS OF PREVIOUS COMPLAINT[TICKET NO 100346871,21ST AUG] .AFTER REPEATED NOS OF COMPLAINTS YOUR STAFF COMES , NEVER LOOK LIKE A TECHNICAL ONE ..THEN THEY SAY OTHER PERSON WILL COME ,THEN AFTER SOME DAYS A PERSON CAME AND SAYS YOU NEED TO CHANGE THESE MUCH PARTS .THEN HE GAVE RATES ON PHONE FOR THE PARTS . AFTER THAT SOME DAYS THEY PASS THE TIME ON NON AVAILIBILITY OF THE PARTS . WHEN EVERYTHING UNPLEASANT YOU PASSED …THEY HANDED OVER A HUGE BILL OF SPARES AND SERVICE . NO REGRET.NO PAIN .NO SORRY…NEITHER TO TECHNICIAN, SERVICE INCHARGE , AND SERVICE AND SPARE DEALER.

AFTER VERY HEATED INQUIRY YOUR TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT GAVE HIS MOBILE NUMBER …HIS NUMBER IS +91 8140180475. YOU TRY HIS NUMBER ,I BET IF HE PICKS UP THE PHONE OR EVEN ANSWER YOUR MESSAGES EVEN [TRY TEST HIM AS IFB CUSTOMER]. I WISH HE SHOULD BE GET OUT FROM AGENCY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT IF YOU WANT TO SUSTAIN YOUR BUSINESS HERE…..I AM POSTING FEW BILLS (SO FAR I SPENT 15000 + ON SERVICE AS IF I BOUGHT SOME ROCKET TECHNOLOGY].
IN PAST WE ALREADY MENTION HIM TO RENEW AMC CONTRACT AUTOMATICALLY WHEN TIME GETS OVER ,BUT AFTER ONE OR TWO YEARS HE STOP BOTHERING TO CALL FOR THIS ,AS IT MIGHT FORTUNE HIM MORE MONEY IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT BUY IT !!! OVERALL WORST OPINION .

PLANNING FOR GOING FOR CONSUMER GRIEVENCES….AS WE ARE TAKEN FOR RIDE FOR SO LONG.AND CUMBERSOME BILLS .[UNFORTUNATELY TODAY I HAVE JUST TWO BILLS ,OTHER PREVIOUS BILLS ARE NOT AVAILABLE NOW …SO ATTACHING ONLY LAST TWO BILLS ]
