This is to inform you that, I have taken a loan by Indiabull Dhani mobile app.
But now, I am trying to force close my personal from 29th Sept"18.
For the same called on their customer care. They given me a mail ID ([email protected]) to sending the request of force closer of loan.
I sent the mail on same day but did not get any revert, I sent the mail to [email protected] also but did not get any revert.
I send same mail on 3 Oct and got below revert

Kindly be informed that EMI presentation for the September month is under process. Hence we request you to kindly send us a fresh mail after 10th october for foreclosure.

After getting the revert I sent again a mail on 15 Oct. which has been bounced due to insufficient space in their mail box (Attaching the documents for proof)
On 17th Oct I went to Indiabull office situated 8th floor, Metro tower, Indore. 1st they denied to give any information saying "to know loan closer process call on customer care we are not authorized to entertain this things"
I am not getting any support to force close my personal loan and they are adding day to day interest in my loan which I’ll have to pay till the day of closet.
