IRCTC Ticket not booked but money deducted from bank account

I was trying to book Tatkal ticket on 06/05/2018 through IRCTC app. My account got debited but the ticket was not booked. It got automatically signed off from the app. Then i booked the ticket again through IRCTC website and got the ticket. But the amount that was debited first is not yet reversed. In my failed transaction history, there are two transactions for the same since it was during tatkal timings, there was server error continuously and i tried many times. Both the transaction details are given below:
