Jabong Wrong product delivered now Jabong says that the product delivered was correct and not picking up the wrong product

I had placed an order order # 171211659483217 Black Berry Sweater Size L amount 1158.96 . I was delivered a round neck sweatshirt without any tag or brand. When I raised the return request giving the reason that the delivered product did not math the specifications , the pickup boy came and did not pick the product stating the the product did not have the tag .
Now that is the same issue that I had . They asked for the snapshots of the product that was delivered which I had submitted on the [email protected]
After raising a complaint for the same issue they took 5 days to investigate and then came back stating the we have checked the video footage and it shows the right product was delivered. I again stated that this needs to be re investigated and they accepted it and then the re investigation just took 14 – 16 hours and they again came back with the same scripted answer that we apologies and the delivery was correct . When I asked for the evidence so that at least I can also see what they are telling about they said it was against the policy
Its quite disappointing that instead of listening to the customer you are just giving your one sided decision and not trusting the customer at all ..
