Jio Infocomm Ltd Not provide internet service and proper information by coustomer-care about problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF JIO INFOCOMM LTD. I USE JIO SIM CARD FROM LAST FEW YEARS. NOW I AM FACE SOME PROBLEMS FROM JIO COMPANY. IN MY JIO MOBILE NO +91 7014916332 FROM LAST ONE MONTH NO INTERNET DATA PROVIDE AND NOT QUERY OR COMPLAINS SOLVED BY JIO CUSTOMER CARE.
I Request for a complain on 5 Oct, 2018 Ref No SR0000RAF5Q not yet solved.I Received response from customer care your query solved within 48 hours but not yet solved.
i am again talk by telephonic conversation on 13 oct, 2018 to jio customer care but by jio staff not talk proper and not provide proper solution(he Said your type problem is all customer and problem solved within 180 days to 200 days ) Ref no provided my customer care is MR0000IRWYQY .
I am face now continue internet problem in my sim card. I am Humble request to you please solve my internet data problem and take action against customer care those not provide proper information.
please accept my request and solve my problem. These type weak services we not do expatiation because we pay cost for services and facilities. i hope you understand my problem and solve my problem.
